Registered Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN) – Part-Time | Virtual Primary Care Support

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN) to provide onsite clinical support for virtual primary care services. This role involves facilitating telehealth visits, delivering hands-on patient care, and working independently while collaborating with remote healthcare providers.

Key Highlights
• Competitive pay: $25.00–$45.00 per hour
• Part-time, in-person position
• Flexible schedule: 1 or 3 days per week, depending on location

Responsibilities
• Facilitate telehealth visits by setting up technology, obtaining vital signs, and reviewing medical history
• Perform phlebotomy and administer vaccines independently
• Coordinate patient care and respond to patient communications
• Work independently as the sole onsite clinical staff member while collaborating with remote providers

Qualifications
• Active Virginia RN/LPN/LVN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with phlebotomy and independent vaccine administration
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning and using new technology independently
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for select locations

Schedule Options
• Option 1: Thursdays, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM ET (1 day/week) – Sandston, VA
• Option 2: Mondays & Thursdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET in Charlottesville, VA, and Wednesdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET in Weyers Cave, VA (24+ hours/week)
