Schedules Available:
-- 6PM-2AM shift (we are open to full-time or part time, shifts available between Mon-Sat)
-- 7:30AM-1:30PM, Full-time, 30 hrs, Mon-Fri
Pay: $45/hr plus superior benefits package available over 30hrs per week


JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Occupational Health Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing employees in a workers comp capacity. Duties to include:
• Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers. Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.
• Case Management: Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.
• Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives.
• Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies.
• Provide health-related training sessions to employees on topics like workplace hazards and disease prevention.
• Work with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
- Compact or Virginia Registered Nurse license
- Nursing experience in occupational health is a plus, not required
