Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (Day Shift)
Pay: $21/hour

This Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assisting with health monitoring and implementation of individualized care plans
- Administering medications in accordance with state standards and facility procedures
- Accurately documenting medical interventions, medication administration, and health observations
- Coordinating clinic appointments, scheduling, and follow-up documentation
- Supporting nursing staff with organizational and administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Communicating effectively with nursing leadership, medical providers, guardians, and interdisciplinary team members

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification in good standing required
- LPN or RN candidates may also be considered depending on experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Ability to assist with lifting, repositioning, or supporting clients when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment screening
