Title:Life Enrichment Specialist
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Clinic
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay:$18-29/hr based on experience

The Life Enrichment Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to:
Plan, supervise, and lead individual and group activities that support participants’ social, recreational, spiritual, and overall well-being. As part of an interdisciplinary care team, this role assesses participants’ needs, adapts programming to address psychological, physical, and cognitive challenges, and fosters a welcoming sense of community at the Adult Wellness Center and in participants’ homes.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Recreational Therapy
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- 1 year of experience working with the elderly population
