Title: X-Ray Technician / Rad Tech - Float
Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Setting: Outpatient – Urgent Care / Orthopedics
Location: Catonsville, MD (and float to Columbia)
Openings: 2
Schedules Available: Full time (40hrs/wk), Monday - Friday. two shifts available either: between hours of 7:30am-4:30pm or 12pm-8pm
Pay:$30-40/hr on experience plus full benefits package (PTO, paid holidays, retirement with employer match, profit sharing, CME, STD, LTD, health, dental, vision)

This Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Tech will be responsible for:
- Provides quality radiographs utilizing the selection of appropriate radiation exposure factors required for medical imaging.
- Ensures proper marking of x-ray codes on billing form for all studies taken.
- Copy imaging to CDs and print for patient records to film for surgical cases.
- Upload outside CD images into PACS
- Cross trained in DME, to include learning of all DME products. Training also includes bracing, splinting and casting.
- Assists in maintain and stocking inventory of medical supplies and overall clinical inventory.
- Wears protective equipment when appropriate
- Works Urgent Care shifts as scheduled.

Requirements:
- At least 6 months of Radiology Tech / X-Ray Tech experience required, Orthopedic or Urgent care experience is a plus!
- Graduate of approved Radiologic Technology program
- Current Maryland state licensure as a Radiology Technologist
- ARRT certification as a Radiology Technician or registry eligible
- Adaptability and flexibility
