Radiation Therapist (R.T.(T)) – Radiation Oncology

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to provide safe, accurate radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician-prescribed treatment plans while ensuring exceptional patient care and safety.

Key Highlights
• Pay: $34.58–$51.87/hour (based on experience)
• Full-time | Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Hours may vary based on treatment schedules and warm-up coverage
• On-call required
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Minimal travel to Biloxi

Responsibilities
• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately
• Position patients and verify treatment plans
• Perform CT simulations, imaging, and quality assurance activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
• Educate and support patients throughout treatment

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• Current ARRT certification (or eligible) and active Mississippi Radiation Therapy license
• 5+ years of radiation therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
