Pay:> $101.98 - $163.16 hourly wage based on experience and education
Retention Bonus:> $20,000 Retention Bonus
Relocation Assistance:> up to $7,500 Relocation Assistance
Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri, Days

The Medical Physicist/b> responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Review and approve complex radiation treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and dosimetrists, ensuring dose accuracy and patient safety.
- Conduct patient-specific quality assurance checks for IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS, and brachytherapy cases.
- Assist with commissioning, acceptance testing, and implementation of new equipment, software, and treatment techniques.
- Serve as a technical resource for radiation safety, shielding evaluations, and exposure monitoring.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's in medical physics, physics, or related field, Board certification by ABR in Therapeutic Medical Physics, and 2 years of experience
- Board certified or board eligible by the ABR in Therapeutic Medical Physics, required. Knowledge typically obtained with two (2) or more years of clinical experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with radiation therapy equipment and software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment.
