Pay: $35-40hr

ThePhysical Therapist - PT will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
- Provide patient care through skilled physical therapy interventions.
- Completing assessments, creating personalized Physical Therapy Treatment Plans and providing direct treatment to persons receiving services
- Completes evaluations for services requested by the Director of Community Housing, ISS and/or RN Administrator

REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical Therapist License in NYS br> - Previous PT experience preferred
