Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time with Sign-on Bonus | Direct Hire in Meade, KS

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and patient-focused PT/PTA professionals to provide rehabilitative care, improve patient mobility, and support functional independence through individualized treatment and therapeutic interventions.

Key Highlights
• PT Pay: $37–$45 per hour, depending on experience
• PTA Pay: $25–$33 per hour, depending on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for PT / $2,000 for PTA
• Full-time employees; three-year agreement required for sign-on bonus
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities
• Evaluate patient needs and develop or implement treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and assistive devices
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications
• PT: Current state license or eligibility for licensure
• PTA: Associate degree in physical therapy and applicable state certification or eligibility
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, anatomy, and patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
