Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-Time / Part-Time)- Hawaii We are seeking a motivated Licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about providing quality home health care and improving patient outcomes.

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Employment Type: Full-Time | Part-Time
Compensation: $75 per visit or $90,000–$110,000 annually (based on caseload)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
• Conduct evaluations and fall risk assessments
• Develop treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications
• Active Hawaii Physical Therapist License
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
