Schedule: Full-time, flexible (4x10s or 5x8s), weekends/on-call/holidays as needed
Pay: $44.09–$70.54/hour based on experience + $20,000 retention bonus, $7,500 relocation assistance, and temporary housing available! Full benefits included.

This Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following duties:
- Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy plans and adjust based on patient progress
- Establish measurable goals and coordinate discharge planning
- Educate patients, families, and care teams on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate
- Participate in departmental operations and quality improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA or equivalent)
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Alaska
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Acute care experience preferred (not required for new grads)
