Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract in Fairbanks, Alaska! This assignment is for 16 weeks and ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
Physical Therapist (PT) Position Details:
• Contract Length: 16 weeks
• Location: Fairbanks, AK
• Facility Type: Home Health & Rehab
• Shift & Schedule: Full-Time, 8 Hour Days
Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:
• Must have 2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience
• Active Alaska Physical Therapist License required
• Current BLS Certification required
