Setting: Rehabilitation - Outpatient
Location: Cottonwood, AZ
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday– Friday, 7a-6p
Pay: Pay starting at $70k, goes up with experience plus full medical, dental, vision, and 401k


JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive physical evaluations to assess movement limitations, pain, strength, balance, posture and functional abilities. Create individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s goals and clinical findings. Track patient progress throughout treatment, modify plans as needed to reflect improvements or challenges, and document changes thoroughly in patient records


REQUIREMENTS:
- A PT license to practice in Arizona
- Will accept new grads
