Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel contract in Amery, WI! This assignment is for 12 weeks and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.

Physical Therapist (PT) Position Details:
• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Location: Amery, WI
• Facility Type: Rehab
• Shift & Schedule: Full-Time, 8 Hour Days

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:
• Must have 1 year of recent Physical Therapist experience
• Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist License required
• Current BLS Certification required

• BA in Physical Therapy, 1 year experience in inpatient or outpatient setting
