Title:Pharmacist - PRN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Family Medicine
Location: Kansas City, MO
Schedule: PRN, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay:$57-$101/hr based on experience

The Pharmacist - PRN will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Improve patient care through medication management, patient education, collaboration with healthcare staff, and oversight of pharmaceutical supplies
- Should develop a program to assist in the monitoring of patients on chronic therapy, e.g., diabetes, hypertension with respect to effectiveness of therapy and refilling of prescriptions
- Should develop a system for review of medications used to inform the patient of potential side effects, proper methods of taking medications and possible undesirable, but normal or expected reactions


REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered pharmacist in the State of Missouri
- Must have 10 years experience working in a fast-paced pharmacy
