A hospital group in Great Bend, KS is currently seeking a permanent hire (staff) Clinical Pharmacist to join their team full time! Check out the details below:

Location: Great Bend, KS

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm, every 4th weekend from 8am-12pm
Pay: $120,000-$145,000

The Clinical Pharmacist responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by providing medication order verification while assessing for optimal drug product selection, dosage regimen design, effective administration, and drug therapy monitoring services. Monitors inpatient and outpatient drug therapies when appropriate, and works with relating medical staff to find alternatives when needed, to ensure the best care possible is being given.
- Actively participate in organizational and departmental performance improvement efforts to strengthen existing systems, processes, policies and procedures by introducing new ideas that lead to improved pharmaceutical care in clinical areas and in the pharmacy department as a whole
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department

Requirements:
-- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy
-- Licensed Pharmacist - State Board of Pharmacy
-- BLS Required
