Licensed Occupational Therapist (Full-Time / Part-Time) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Per Diem)- Hawaii We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping patients maintain independence and improve daily living skills.

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Employment Type: Full-Time | Part-Time
Compensation: 80 per visit or $90,000–$110,000 annually (based on caseload) & COTA Pay: $60 per visit
Schedule: Flexible Scheduling Available

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Conduct evaluations and fall risk assessments
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications
• Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist License
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
