Pay: $44.09 - $70.54/hour based on experience + $20,000 retention bonus, $7,500 relocation assistance, and temporary housing available! Full benefits included.
This Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the following duties:
- Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapy plans and adjust based on patient progress
- Establish measurable goals and coordinate discharge planning
- Educate patients, families, and care teams on treatment strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate
- Participate in departmental operations and quality improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or eligible Occupational Therapist license in Alaska
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Acute care experience preferred (required for certain roles)
