Patient population: adults with serious mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar I disorder, major depression with psychotic features, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Job Description:
• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis and medication management.
• Treat adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Provide community-based care through an ACT team.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary behavioral health team.
• Monitor treatment, support crisis intervention and coordinate community care.

Requirements:
• Current, unrestricted APRN license in the State of Utah with prescriptive authority
• PMHNP-BC certification through ANCC
• DEA registration
• Current CPR/BLS
• Valid driver's license and insurability; comfortable providing care in a community/field-based environment
• DATA 2000/X-Waiver for buprenorphine prescribing strongly preferred
