Job description:

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to work locum shifts in Springdale, Arkansas, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

Position Details:
 • Contract Length: 13 weeks (with the option to extend)
 •Start 05/04/2026
 • Location: Springdale, Arkansas
 • Pay Rate: $115/hr (travel covered)
 • 24 hour shifts: 8a–8a
 • Includes weekends
 • Level III NICU with some newborn nursery< br>  • 26 beds- Newborn Nursery ADC 10-15< br>  • Patients: primarily NICU (7–10 per shift) plus varying nursery census< br>  • Responsibilities: Proficient in all critical care skills, some transport.
 • EMR: Cerner

Provider Requirements: b>
 • AR license, active and unrestricted
 • Board Certified -NNP
 • Certification- PALS & NRP
 • 1+ year experience needed
 • Must live 90+ miles from facility
