Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to work locum shifts in the NICU in Springdale, Arkansas, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
Position Details:
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (with the option to extend)
•Start 05/04/2026
• Location: Springdale, Arkansas
• Pay Rate: $115/hr (travel covered)
• 24 hour shifts: 8a–8a
• Includes weekends
• Level III NICU
• EMR: Cerner
Responsibilities:
• Proficient in all critical care skills, some transport, delivery from attendance
• 26 beds- Newborn Nursery ADC 10-15
• Patients per shift: 7-10 NICU, nursery varies
Provider Requirements: b>
• AR license, active and unrestricted
• Board Certified-NNP
• Certification- NRP, PALS (not required but preferred)
• Must live 90+ miles from facility
