Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant | Full-Time | Kansas City, MO

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive healthcare to children in a community-based setting. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide preventive care, and collaborate with physicians to improve patient outcomes.

Key Highlights
• Competitive pay: $43.59–$66.48 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
• Conduct health assessments for pediatric patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Develop diagnoses and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Provide health education, counseling, and preventive care
• Order, perform, and interpret routine laboratory tests
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Develop individualized health promotion and disease prevention plans
• Maintain continuity of care and accurate patient documentation

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field required
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Registered Nurse and advanced practice licensure in Missouri and Kansas, as applicable
• 2–3 years of pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide culturally responsive care to diverse populations
