Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Family Medicine | Full-Time | Direct Hire | Kansas City, MO/KS

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive family medicine care. The role includes assessing and treating acute and chronic conditions, developing care plans, providing preventive health education, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams.

Key Highlights
• Competitive pay: $43.59–$66.48 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
• Assess and treat adult patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Develop treatment, preventive care, and health maintenance plans
• Order and interpret routine laboratory tests
• Provide patient education, counseling, and wellness services
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical guidelines

Qualifications
• MSN or doctoral degree for Nurse Practitioner candidates
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program for PA candidates
• Current RN/APRN or PA licensure in Missouri and Kansas, as applicable
• Family Medicine training/certification for NP candidates
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse patient population
