Job description:

Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking a primary care NP to provide locum tenens coverage in an on-site clinic for employees and their family members. Starting March 2026, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate.

 • Contract Length: 12 weeks with the option to extend
 •Start 03/16/2026 - 5/29/2026
 • Rate:$90/hr - Mileage is covered
 • Location: Liverpool, New York
 • Schedule:br>   • Mon and Wednesday 7am to 4pm
  • Tues and Thursday 8am to 5pm
  • Fridays, 10am to 7pm
  • Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm
  Scope of Services:
  • Primary Care/Acute Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care
  • Avg 2-3 patients per hour.
  • DOT required
  • Seeing patients ages 2 and up at most sites unless noted in open dates below differently

Requirements:
 • Must have NY license active and unrestricted  • BLS and/or ACLS required, DEA
 • 1-2 years of NP Family medicine or Primary Care experience
