Title: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner
Job Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Hire
Setting: Outpatient – Primary Care / Family Practice
Location: Houston, TX (Town & Country area)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $115,000–$120,000 base salary (eligible for bonuses after the first year)

The Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to patients ages 10 and older, including preventive screenings, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, diagnostic testing, and patient education. The provider will collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and support quality care initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of primary care provider-level experience
• Current, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license
• Accredited advanced practice nursing or physician assistant degree and national certification
• Current BLS or ACLS certification
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
