Pay: $60.00- 62.00 /hourly
Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8:30AM-5:00PM

- We are a growing, multi-site clinical organization dedicated to making sickle cell disease more manageable through comprehensive, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who wants to make an impact beyond routine patient visits by helping strengthen and grow a local practice while providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Provide comprehensive sickle cell patient care, including evaluation, treatment, medications, labs, and referrals.
- Oversee infusions and procedures, monitor patients, and respond to emergencies.
- Support patient follow-up, education, engagement, and continuity of care.
- Serve as the on-site clinical lead, supporting staff, patient flow, and clinic readiness.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality, safety, compliance and teamwork.

Requirements & Qualifications :
- Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current, unrestricted Florida NP/APRN license
- Current national board certification appropriate to the patient population (FNP, AGPCNP, AGACNP, PNP, etc.)
- Minimum 2-4 years of direct patient-care NP experience
- Relevant clinical experience in one or more applicable specialty areas: Hematology or sickle cell disease; Oncology or outpatient infusion; Internal medicine; Pain man
