Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a contract in Fort Wayne, IN! This assignment is for 13-weeks and ideal candidates will have at least twelve months of recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner(NP)

Nurse Practitioner(NP) Details:
 • Contract Length: 12-weeks; temp-to-perm
 • Location: Fort Wayne, IN br>  • Facility Type: Infusion Clinic
 • Shift & Schedule: 3-5 days per week , 8 Hour Days

Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
 • Must have twelve months of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in a Clinic setting; Must have experience with IVs
 • Active IN License required
 • Current BLS Certification required
