A hospital in Denver, CO is currently seeking a permanent hire (staff) Advance Practice Provider (APP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)- to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Pay: $110.00-150,000/salary, full benefits, sign on bonus
Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri 8a-5pm or 4, 10 hr shifts

The APP/ FNP responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
-Provides comprehensive care for patients and families, managing acute and chronic conditions and promoting health maintenance.
- Conducts patient assessments, reviews medical records, interprets test results, and develops individualized care plans.
-Participates in patient and community education, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitors patient progress, adjusts treatment plans, and coordinates referrals or escalated care as needed.

Qualifications:
-Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required
- 1 year of recent and related experience as an Advanced Practice Provider with adult population in Neurology, preferred
- Colorado PA license or APRN license and prescriptive authority. DEA Registration. PA or NP certification by a national certifying body
- Current CPR/BLS certification is required
