A HRSA clinic in Clayton, NM is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - 4 Day Work Week - New Grads Welcome
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Community Health Center / Primary Care
Location: Clayton, NM
Schedule: Full-time, Tues-Fri, 8am-5pm
Pay: $120,000-$150,000 plus a full benefits package and up to $15,000 relocation assistance and potentially eligible for HRSA and other student loan repayment programs!

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for but may not be limited to:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and preventive screenings
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and lab results
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies per New Mexico regulations
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment, and prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives
• Support access to care for underserved populations

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program - new grads welcome to apply!
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Mexico
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking skills, communication and patient education
• Passion for serving medically underserved populations
• BLS certification
