Job description:

Sumo Medical Staffing is looking for a Primary care NP to work with the Wisconsin Department of corrections to provide locum tenens coverage in Redgranite, Wisconsin. Starting February 2026, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate.

 • Contract Length: 24-26 weeks with the option to extend
 •Start 02/02/2026-08/01/2026
 • Rate:$80/hr ALL-INCLUSIVE PAY RATE - Travel is NOT covered
 • Location: Redgranite, WI
 • 3 days/week M-F (any three days ok, but must be consistent) br>  • No weekends, No call, No holidays
 •Primary care NP position with the WI Dept of corrections. Population served is adult male - older with multiple comorbidities. Long-term care experience could also be helpful. Should be able to see approximately 10 to 12 patients a day (subject to fluctuate per facility needs). Minor procedures a plus. Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience in primary care.
 • 10-12 Patients per shift

Requirements:
 • Must have WI license and prescriptive authority  • BE/BC NP
 • Correctional experience preferred - not required
