A hospital in Great Bend, KS is currently seeking a full-time, permanent hire Nuclear Medicine Technologist (crossed trained in radiology) to join their team! Check out the details below:

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital - Medical Imaging
Location: Great Bend, KS
Schedule: Full time 5x8s or 4x10s, day shift, rotating evenings and weekends
Pay: Mid-point $36/hour, varies based on experience, plus an excellent benefits package to include health insurance, PTO, 401k, education reimbursement, and more!

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist duties to include but not limited to:
- Inject radiopharmaceuticals intravenously and/or administers them orally to patients in order to perform Nuclear Medicine examinations
- Use gamma cameras and uptake probes to produce physiological functional images and quantitative data to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient’s disease
- Perform x-ray procedures to produce images for the purpose of diagnosing disease processes
- Possess knowledge and competence required for both fixed and mobile x-ray devices
- Participate in the training of student technologists

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of a 2 year accredited Radiology Technology program
- Must be ARRT registered (or eligible)
- Must be willing to cross-train in other areas. Open to considering new grads!
