MRI Technologist – Full-Time & Mid-day Shift

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI examinations while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to established protocols and MR safety standards.

Key Highlights
• Location: Liberty, MO
• Full-time position
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM (10-hour mid shifts)
• Pay: $37–$60/hour based on experience and qualifications
• Start Date: ASAP
• Full-time benefits offered
Responsibilities
• Perform MRI examinations according to established protocols
• Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout procedures
• Perform venipuncture, manage IV access, and administer medications as required
• Ensure accurate patient identification and evaluate images for quality
• Follow ACR MRI safety guidelines and screen patients for implants and other safety concerns
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and maintain patient safety
• Participate in quality assurance, education, and training activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology or MR Imaging program
• ARRT (MR) certification or ARMRIT-MRI Technologist certification
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety practices, protocols, and patient care
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient safety
