Mental Health Associate II
Part-Time | Evening Shift | Evanston, IL

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Associate II to provide direct care and support to patients with psychiatric disorders. The ideal candidate will assist with treatment plans, maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, and support patients' mental health and well-being.

Key Highlights
• Pay: $27.14–$40.71 per hour
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• 32 hours per week, rotating weekends and some holidays

Responsibilities
• Provide direct care and support to psychiatric patients
• Assist with treatment planning and implementation
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
• Train and mentor new employees
• Assist with group activities and patient daily living needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field required
• Minimum 1 year of behavioral health experience required
• At least 3 years of psychiatric experience preferred
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification required
• BLS and CPI certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and safely
