Title: Medical Lab Technician or Scientist MLT/MLS
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital
Location: Great Bend, KS
Schedule: Full time, openings in EVENING and OVERNIGHT shifts
Pay: $24 – 34/hour based on experience, plus an excellent benefits package to include health insurance, PTO, 401k, education reimbursement, and more!

The MLT responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Provide comprehensive laboratory testing for patients, ensuring patients’ laboratory results are accurate, timely and with quality
- Analyze patient, control and proficiency testing specimens and record results in a timely manner
- Calibrate, maintain, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation issues and complete appropriate documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree from a qualifying programs for the ASCP MLS certification
- MLT certification with the ASCP, or equivalent (NCA, AMT)
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Lab experience required
