A private outpatient medical practice in San Antonio, TX is currently seeking a permanent hire (staff) Medical Assistant to join their team! Check out the details below:

Title: Medical Assistant
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Endocrinology - Outpatient
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or similar schedule, no weekends!
Pay: $17/hr to start, plus full benefits package

The Medical Assistant responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, updating medical histories, documenting patient information, assisting providers with examinations and procedures, and coordinating patient care. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification preferred< br> - Previous Medical Assistant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with eClinicalWorks required
