Medical Assistant – Full-Time| Direct Hire

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support healthcare providers and deliver quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable working in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities
• Prepare patients for medical examinations and treatments
• Obtain and document vital signs and medical and social histories
• Assist healthcare providers with examinations and treatments
• Enter accurate clinical information into the electronic health record
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Provide professional and compassionate support to patients, visitors, and staff

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
• NRCMA, RMA, CMA, NCMA, or CCMA certification preferred
• Relevant healthcare experience may be considered in place of certification based on qualifications
• BLS certification required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff
