A private outpatient medical practice in San Antonio, TX is currently seeking a permanent hire (staff) Clinical Manager to join their team! Check out the details below:

Title: Clinical Manager
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Endocrinology - Outpatient
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, no weekends!
Pay: $60k annually, plus full benefits package

The Clinical Manager responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Manager Medical Assistants and floor support staff
- Fielding immediate patient complaints and clinical floor escalations during clinic hours
- Clinical workflows, rooming checklists, and floor protocols; and share drive documentation and upkeep of those items - Exam room prep and clinical supply stocking
- Attendance, warnings, performance plans, and terminations for floor staff
- Basic daily timecard edits and time-off coverage approvals in Rippling
- Boarding new Medical Assistants and running 30-day proficiency checks

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Biology, Pre-Med, or related) with a strong academic track record OR proven experience as a Clinical Floor Supervisor or Outpatient Operations Supervisor.< br> - Strong natural leadership, high emotional intelligence, and the confidence to hold staff accountable
- Experience with eClinicalWorks required
- Ability to solve problems quickly and keep cool on a fast-paced clinic floor
