A healthcare facility in Great Bend, KS is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Engineer to join their team full-time!

Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Healthcare Maintenance
Location: Great Bend, KS
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, on-call every 4 weeks
Pay: $15.50-$26.24/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package!

Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hospital buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical issues.
• Complete work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Maintain accurate CMMS documentation and communicate effectively with hospital staff.
• Identify maintenance concerns and recommend facility improvements.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of commercial building maintenance experience
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Trade school education or technical certifications preferred
