A large and growing rehabilitation center in Petersburg, WV is currently seeking a full-time, permanent hire Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN, to join their team full time! Check out the details below:

Schedule: Full-time, evenings/nights - flexible scheduling available including 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am, or 7pm - 7am; every other weekend and holiday required
Pay: Starts at $24.60/hour, higher pay available based on experience, plus shift differentials of +$3/hour for 3 PM - 11 PM, +$2/hour for 11 PM - 7 AM, and +$1/hour on weekends, plus excellent benefits

This Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for the following duties:
- Providing direct nursing care and support to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring quality patient care
- Collaborating with nursing staff and physicians to support resident wellbeing

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of West Virginia
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check prior to starting employment
