Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Location: Niagara Falls, NY, NY
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with flexibility as needed
Pay: Pay up to $28/hr

TheLPN will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
- Accompany people on medical appointments to provide necessary medical information to the medical providers
-Transcribes new orders onto medication administration records
- Work in conjunction with the RN to prepare annual physical paperwork.
- Assist RN in documentation of weights, seizures, menses, and bowel movements.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be licensed and registered as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State
- Must be CPR/AED trained & certified
- Possess valid NYS driver’s license
