A residential treatment facility in Nampa, Idaho is currently seeking a full-time, permanent hire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their healthcare team! Check out the details below:

Schedule: Flexible 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available
Pay: $27/hour

This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assisting with health assessments and monitoring clients’ health conditions
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Supporting implementation of individualized nursing care plans
- Documenting medical observations, interventions, and client updates accurately
- Communicating effectively with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary care teams
- Assisting during medical emergencies and safety situations as needed

SHIFT OPTIONS:
- Swing Shift (8 Hours): Wednesday–Sunday, 1:00pm–9:00pm
- 10-Hour Shifts: Thursday–Sunday (scheduled within 1:00pm–9:00pm window)
- 12-Hour Shifts: Thursday–Saturday (scheduled within 1:00pm–9:00pm window)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Ability to assist with lifting, repositioning, or supporting clients when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment screening
