Job description:

A large and growing Hospital in Lawrence, KS is currently seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join their Acute Care team. Check out the details below:

Positions: Registered Nurse (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Specialty: Acute Care (ER, ICU, Med Surg & other inpatient units)
Location: Lawrence, KS
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights available for RN; Nights for LPN)
Pay:
- RN: $31.22–$46.82/hour + shift differentials + full benefits
- LPN: $23.00–$33.00/hour + shift differentials + full benefits
Sign-On Bonus:
- RN: $5,000
- LPN: $2,500

Responsibilities:
- Provide quality patient care in an acute care setting.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:
RN:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
- Active Kansas or multistate RN license.
- BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

LPN:
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active or eligible Kansas LPN license.
- IV Certification preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
