Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Indianapolis, IN! The ideal candidate will have at least six months of recent experience as a Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) .

Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:
 • Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
 • Location: Indianapolis, IN
 • Facility Type: Rehab Hospital
 • Shift: 12hr Days and Nights

Pay Details:
 • Hourly Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
 • Must have six months of recent Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in a Rehab Hospital setting
 • Active Licensed Practical Nurse License required
 • Current BLS Certification required
