Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN,REHB) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Greenwood, IN! The ideal candidate will have at least six months of recent experience as a Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN,REHB) Position Details:
 • Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
 • Location: Greenwood, IN
 • Facility Type: Hospital
 • Shift: DAYS & NIGHTS - 12 hrs

Pay Details:
 • Hourly Pay Range: $36 -$38.25 per hour

Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN,REHB) Requirements:
 • Must have six months of recent Rehab Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in a Hospital setting
 • Active Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse License required
 • Current In-person BLS Certification required
