Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract in Dodgeville, WI! This assignment is for 8 weeks and ideal candidates will have at least six months of recent experience as a Rehabilitation LPN.

Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) Position Details:
 • Contract Length: 8 weeks
 • Location: Dodgeville, WI
 • Facility Type: Substance use and addiction treatment center
 • Shift & Schedule: Full-Time, 12 hour nights, Rotating 3-week schedule with every third weekend 6:00pm-6:30am

Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
 • Must have six months of recent Rehabilitation LPN experience in a inpatient, substance use disorder and addiction treatment setting
 • Active Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required
 • Current BLS Certification required
