An occupational health company located in Owatonna, MN is currently seeking a qualified Health & Wellness Coach to join their team part-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Health & Wellness Coach
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Occupational Health / Corporate Wellness
Locations: Owatonna, MN (onsite), also required to travel to Faribault & Mankato
Schedule: Part-time, 3- 8hr shifts between 6am-6pm
Pay: $30-35/hr based on experience


JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Health Coach & Wellness Coach provides onsite, comprehensive wellbeing and injury prevention services that engage individual employees and the client’s whole employee populations in positive lifestyle initiatives that improve health and wellbeing, lower chronic disease risk, and reduce healthcare costs for the client. Duties to include but not limited to:

- Health Promotion, Education, and Employee Engagement in Wellbeing and Safety Initiatives
- Whole Population and Individual Health and Wellbeing Coaching
- Whole Population and Individual Injury Prevention and Safety Coaching


REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relatable field
- Strong background in injury prevention
- 2+ years prior experience in health/wellness, fitness, coaching
- 1 year prior experience in person-centered fitness, nutrition, or health coaching roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP
