Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting:Intensive Care Unit
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday
Pay: $43.69 - $67.72/hr plus a full benefits package!


JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide advanced clinical expertise & guidance within a specialized nursing practice area
- Evaluate clinical practices, identify improvement opportunities, & lead quality improvement initiatives
- Support nursing staff in developing & modifying patient care plans to promote safe, effective, and patient-centered care
- Apply current research, evidence-based practices, & regulatory standards to improve clinical outcomes
- Develop, implement, & evaluate nursing education programs, staff competencies, and professional development initiatives
- Mentor & coach nurses & clinical educators, fostering professional growth & continuous learning
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current active and clean RN License in the State of Illinois
- Master’s degree in Nursing required; Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred
- At least five years of clinical experience in a medical center, hospital, or academic setting
- Current nursing specialty certification required; candidates without specialty certification must obtain it within one year of assuming the role
