A senior living facility located in Santa Ana, CA is currently seeking a qualified Director of Resident Services to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Director of Resident Services
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Senior Living / Assisted Living
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay and Benefits: $130,000 – $150,000 based on experience plus a full benefits package including free medical, dental, and vision coverage

This Director of Resident Services will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Oversee daily clinical operations for Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Ensure regulatory compliance with California Title 22 RCFE regulations
• Lead resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary care conferences
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinical staff including LVNs, medication technicians, and caregivers
• Support dementia care programming and best practices in memory care
• Partner with families and healthcare providers to coordinate quality resident care
• Lead quality assurance, risk management, and survey readiness initiatives
• Partner closely with executive leadership to maintain a “survey-ready” community and deliver outstanding resident care

Requirements:
• Active California RCFE Administrator Certificate required
• RN license strongly preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living
• Strong knowledge of California Title 22 regulations
• Proven success with state surveys and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
