Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Skilled Nursing
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule:Full-time, 8am-4:30pm
Pay:$130k-155k, increases based on experience plus full benefits: medical, dental, & vision insurance, PTO, professional development opportunities


JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Nursing - DON duties to include but not limited to:
- Overall leadership, management, and direction of the Nursing Department.
- Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident-centered care
- Provide strategic oversight of clinical operations, staffing, quality improvement initiatives, infection prevention, survey readiness, employee development, and resident outcomes
- Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment. Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-centered care


REQUIREMENTS:
- Current MA RN license in good standing required
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility & minimum of 5 years recent clinical long term care experience
- Previous Director of Nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
