A pain management clinic located in Kokomo and Lafayette, IN is currently seeking a qualified Director of Nursing to join their team full-time! Check out the details below:

Title: Director of Nursing - DON
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Surgery Center
Location: Kokomo, IN and Lafayette, IN
Schedule:Monday- Friday 8a-5p
Pay: Starts at 120k, increases based on experience plus full benefits


JOB DESCRIPTION:
The DON duties to include but not limited to:
- Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel
- Guide staffing procedures
- Set objectives and long-term goals for Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- Organize and coordinate day to day flow of scheduling and Procedures
- Develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standards
- Other duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Indiana nursing license required
- Degree in nursing required; Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus
- 3-5 years of previous supervisory experience
- CPR and ACLS certifications required
